This Privacy Policy describes how Sneak Path (the "app"), released by ferfinan.com, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Sneak Path neither gathers, stores nor transmits personal data to ferfinan.com or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts, contains no analytics, and does not employ third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and includes no advertising SDKs or external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature requires them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

All data saved by the app stays on your device, does not leave it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android are governed by their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from minors. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact reubenkllawson@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, deletion simply means uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, your message is used solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. While no system is entirely foolproof, we keep the app minimal and avoid gathering unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
